The case related to that against Miss Allison Rae Thompson of Santa Barbara charged with plotting to kidnap high ranking French Government official as hostage for thirty Moroccan political prisoners. British Oxygen company Anti-Trust Suit. Federal Trade Commission filed a suit seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction restraining British Oxygen company from assuming and exercising control of Airco. |
